Watch the wire terminations.
Only thing, the connector wires are female terminations. Keep that in mind they most likely will have to be changed. So far so good.

Used this to replace a useless, problematic X13 motor that would just sit there and rock sometimes until it finally bit the dust after only a few years. This one starts instantly and has performed great. All I had to do was add a relay and I used the same start/stop circuit board that came with the AC unit.
