Found my new nootropic drink! It wakes me up mentally. Taste is nice, subtle guava. Great value because there is 60 doses in the small tube! Yes, digging the tiny scoop was a surgical procedure because the tub is really full and powder very fine but that wouldn’t put me off. I originally wanted to try a different pre-workout to get a new motivation to exercise and achieve my body goals but I think I do miss no tingles if I really want to push my body’s limits. It definitely wakes up my mind though (I don’t like drinking coffee, that could be an option too). I also feel it gives me more energy than coffee and energy is sustained for at least half a day. Regarding workouts I don’t feel it as much as body in action mode but still happy with the product. There is no usual stuff like beta alanin (tingles), creatine (high intensity workout), citrulline malate, branched chained amino acids. It does make me somewhat less food obsessed so I don’t eat 4 croissants after my workout as it suppresses some cravings. Also, hard to pick preworkout if you are like me and try to avoid additional ingredients like maltodextrin, acesulfame K and aspartame. Here is still sucralose and silicon dioxide (to prevent hardening). Overall happy with this one and looking forward to try a different flavour in the future.

This has to be the best pre workout I’ve ever tried, saw a lot of gym influencers using it and now i know the hype behind it. Definitely helps me push myself in workouts!

this product is great indeed. The flavour is great taste like sweet Guava juice. This Products provides you with enough energy to get you through the day. I’ve become very productive Throughout the day. My gym workouts have been more intense as I have more energy to continue. I don’t feel as tired as Eassy and it makes me want to do more work. Highly Recommend.

I’m usually really funny with tastes and textures but this is actually lovely. Doesn’t give me the shakes or make me sweat just gets me ready for my workout. Hasn’t affected my sleep and I would say it’s effective. I’ve not noticed any side effects and the instructions are clear. I do prefer however to mix it with much less water as I find it extremely difficult to chug a loud of water first thing in the morning, and this works well for me.

Love the taste! It gets me pumped for working out! Would definitely get again

This pre-workout completely ruined my appetite, I couldn’t eat food without having to force feed myself because of how bad it made everything taste. Sure, it gave me a slight boost of energy for my workouts. But I wld never recommend this pre workout to anyone who is going to use this as a long term choice for their workouts!!! NOT TO MENTION ITS 40 quid!?

Tastes lovely. But very overrated for what it is. I’m not a caffeine drinker and although this is supposed to be a natural energy source. I’ve had no effect. Very disappointed especially for the price, I’ve heard a few people disappointment after trying it after seeing it hyped up on TikTok.

From all the collection this one is the best. Combine with 10-15k steps a day and I lost 8 kg in 6 months. Yeeey
