Written with so much care
Haven't tried the recipes yet but I always like to read the whole book before diving in. I'm learning so much already!

Absolute gem
This is a fantastic book - not just for vegans! So many great methods, easy to follow, and not a dud recipe so far! The chocolate tahini cookies especially are exceptional, and the brioche using sweet potato is fluffy and delicious. Highly recommend, suitable for beginners but some good methods for more experienced bakers wanting to broaden their skill set a bit as well!

Incredibly innovative, delicious recipes for all diets! Better desserts!
I have to congratulate Philip on this incredible achievement. You can already tell it’s going to be a great cookbook because of the passion and clarity in his writing and how he explains the reason for each ingredient and their fundamentals before jumping into the recipes. The idea of including the videos for every single recipe is no innovative and helpful. I can’t imagine how much work went into that. And needless to say, the recipes I’ve tried so far have produced some of the best desserts I’ve tried. None of them will taste like anything else you’ve tried because he really produced new plant-based recipes that were based on his technical knowledge with high quality and nutritious ingredients. This book will also last for a long time: the cover are pages are made of thick materials which for me are essential for cookbooks. It’d be a great purchase for you or gift to someone, experience or novice bakers.
