Could this earbuds connect two phones?

In looking at the manual they do not show that and I’m not sure how you would connect two phones at the same time. I am sure you could use it on two different phones at different times.

Can I use them with my hearing aids?

I guess so because it doesn’t go inside of your ears, it sits on the outside
