Absolutely game changing - suffered with seborrheic dermatitis on my face, (T-zone, cheeks, jaw and neck) for about 18 months now and really disappointed to have tried so many creams, sebums etc to no lasting avail. If you have suffered with this condition, you'll know very well how this leaves you feeling. I wish I'd found this first - it's sorted most of the scaling, itchiness after only a few applications - and I use it daily for maintenance now and will keep doing so. Absorbs relatively quickly and as an unfragranced product, it doesn't cause irritation. All I can say is thank you Isdin!!

For the last 30yrs I've suffered with flare ups of redness, itchiness and flaking around my nose, between my eyebrows and occasionally behind my ears. I have always used various steroid creams from the Dr's, even though it's not good for you long term. I decided to try this, as my current steroid cream was about to run out and I couldn't be bothered with the Dr's. It took about 5 days to work, initially my symptoms started to flare and I thought I'd wasted my money, but then it disappeared completely. I'm just about to order my 3rd bottle. The 1st bottle lasted about 1 month, but the 2nd bottle has lasted me close to 3 months as I've been mixing a small amount with my regular moisturiser. Occasionally needing a bit extra if I feel a flare up coming. Definitely worth a try if what the Dr's are giving you isn't working well.

Works really well my face healed up after 3 days of application twice daily but it does bring you out in the odd pimple on the forehead

After trying different steroid creams from our GP, I was at a loss as to what to give my teenager as nothing was working. Thought I’d give this a try as the reviews were pretty decent. Within days, my son’s skin had cleared up! No red, itchy, flaky skin. His skin looks so healthy and radiant. To say he’s pleased would be an understatement. I would definitely recommend giving this a try.

I felt i had to write this review because this product really does work...it has cleared my seb.derm. from the common area's of my face. ie nose/sides of nose/eyebrow area/between nose and top lip. I have tried all sorts of remedies over what must now be over 5 years with only Nizoral shampoo having a positive effect but even that only lasted 2 days before the SD started to return. However this product had proved to be a game changer. Don't get me wrong..it's not totally cleared my SD 100% because the area between my nose and top lip has proved to be stubborn but 90% of the affected area's are back to normal with no redness! I would recommend you at least give this a try because my skin hasn't felt this good for years!

Absolute godsend for seborrheic dermatitis. I have used various creams for seb derm, but this is by far the most effective one. It feels great on my skin, not too dry and not too oily, and it feels very comfortable and light on my skin. I had a bad flare up as the seasons changed and I went back to try this cream - it cleared it right up in a matter of days and I will carry on using this as I've been reminded how great it is and how nice it feels to not deal with stinging, redness, flakes, soreness and itchiness on a daily basis...

I have psoriasis of the scalp and have been working my way through all products to try and calm it down. The package came with no English instructions, mostly in Italian. The cream is runny and absorbs quickly. It has a faint smell of salicylic acid, but I have no way of telling what’s in it because it’s in Italian. Have used the whole bottle and it has had no effect. It has actually made the skin feel tighter and thin, making it more prone to cracking. At the last stages of use the cream stung when being applied to problem areas. I would not recommend this product to similar suffers.

Didn’t work for me on any part of my skin.

Je suis en pleine grosse crise de dermatite séborrhéique, avec rougeurs, boutons et échauffements (ailes du nez, menton et entre les sourcils). Dès la première application j'ai eu une sensation de soulagement. La crème est très légère, elle ne laisse pas de sensation grasse. Au bout de 2 jours ma peau ne chauffe plus et paraît plus lisse même si les rougeurs persistent. J'ai hâte de voir ce que ça donne dans les prochaines semaines mais c'est déjà un bon début. EDIT : Après 3 semaines d'utilisation, mes rougeurs sont toujours présentes (même si moins fortes), mais cette crème a le mérite de "rafraîchir" et de soulager ma peau, j'ai aussi l'impression qu'elle réduit les desquamations et l'effet granuleux, donc c'est une bonne crème à utiliser quelques minutes avant le maquillage. Autre point positif, il n'y a pas besoin d'en utiliser beaucoup, le tube dure donc longtemps !

Mi pareja tiene rojeces y descamación en la cara y decidimos probar esta crema por todas las buenas opiniones que tiene. Lleva pocos días usándola, pero ya nota la piel más calmada, menos tirante y con menos rojeces. Se absorbe bien, no engrasa y resulta agradable. De momento le está gustando mucho y seguirá usándola.

Lo uso da molto tempo, è molto buono per la dermatite seborroica
