Perfect butter dish. Love the navy color and that it fits two regular sticks of butter. I know it's plastic, but the benefits outweigh that fact. The hinged lid is great so you never misplace the lid or drop it. Easy to clean and the included butter knife is an added bonus. I usually use a butter bell, but in the southwest, it doesn't work well in the summer months. So I got this and it's a really nice add to my kitchen.

I wish I had this years ago! I really like the flip up cover and how much cleaner it is to keep. i choose yellow and it is very cheery and bright on my counter. Simple product but a nice addition to my kitchen. Well made and attractive.

This butter dish is brilliant!!! I have tried so many: those matching my dishes, the ceramic trough with wooden lid, the butter bell, the William Sonoma vintage-looking glass dish. . .none are as well designed as this! The dish can hold two sticks side-by-side. There is a "retaining wall" at the back to keep it all on the dish. The hinged lid is awesome! It is capacious and does not rub the butter and make a mess. And the fact that it is attached is so convenient. The lip and little butter spreader - such a bonus! No extra knife and spoonrest needed. I keep that spreader on the dish all the time. So convenient! I never thought I would be so enthusiastic about a butter dish!

It's larger than I thought it would be, but it does appear as described. Color (purple) is beautiful, and it looks well made Note inside says if you ever lose the knife they will send you a free one for $2.95/s&h. That's a nice touch.

This the 2nd one I purchased. This product is fantastic ! The ease of use is great, it keeps 1 or 2 sticks of butter soft but not too soft. The butter is kept covered and lid opens/shuts nicely. Diswasher safe adds a nice touch. The vibrant color (orange) is amazing ! Definitely recommend.

In summertime my butter gets very soft, and this butter dish keeps the soft butter contained and SO much neater. I don't get my fingers covered in butter as well as my counter like I did with my glass butter dish. I really like the fact the dish holds two butter sticks rather than just one. It is very sturdy and easy to use. It's a wonderful product and I highly recommend it to everyone. It is well worth the cost!

Found this buttery dish very useful, easy to use & clean. Think my daughter has her eyes on it 😁 A tad expensive but does the job

I absolutely love this product. It's exactly as described. The ease of access to butter along with the protective cover, rubber bottom to negate slipping and style make it the perfect butter dish. Brilliant design.

One negative is that it only holds one half pound. Positives- Flip top works well. Eliminates messy outside of container. Doesn't slip from hands when moving. Easily disassembled for easy cleaning. Overall, best butter dish we've ever had. Strongly recommend if you are tired of butter dishes that are messy and slip from your hands.

Das Design der Butterdose ist sehr schön, allerdings geht keine handelsübliches Butter (250g) hinein, man muß die Butter durchschneiden, tatsächlich passt nur die Hälfte rein. Schade aber für mich nicht geeignet.
