Have been using for two weeks now and really happy with all. The camera is excellent quality and night vision. Monitor screen is great size. Breathing monitor seems to work very well so far and definitely provides us with peace of mind. Much happier using a monitor that does not require WiFi. Very easy to set up and use. Breathing monitor uses batteries so can be used even in a power cut. Really would recommend

Last week I gave this product a 1 star review as the monitor stopped charging. We bought a new charger and it still wouldn’t charge. The team got in touch and sent me a new monitor right away. I really appreciate all the help that the Babysense team did to get me a new monitor as quickly as possible. I did get a cheaper one in the meantime and I can say the camera quality was nowhere near as good as Babysense. I can now see my baby clearly again and reassured she is safe asleep.

Would highly recommend this for any new parent! Gives us more peace of mind with the sensors! The camera itself is super clear! We got a cheaper camera for our next to me crib, as I need to go and pump in the night so wanted something else during this time but it’s really just as a spare one but it isn’t half as clear as this one, you can really tell the difference!! Our little one naps in her big crib during the day and I love how clear this is, I can even see her chest moving and breathing, love that it adjustable so if she does wriggle I can move it to adjust the view without having to go in babies room. It can be set to play sounds too or white noise on a timer and also has the built in night light option.

I have to say the customer service we received from this company was exceptional. We experienced a fault with our camera and after sending an email regarding the fault, we had a replacement camera on our doorstep 2 days later. It now works perfectly again. I really like this camera & monitor, it is crystal clear and another key thing is that we do leave the camera for extended periods of time and we don't have to worry about it overheating etc. It is a simple plug and play method which I prefer so much more than wifi which always ends up glitching. There are cheaper cameras and monitors on the market but I think this one is worth the money. It comes with all the mod-cons too, two way speaking, brightness adjustment, camera movement, you can even play white noise through the camera which I thought was also a great perk.

Sound would not work on monitor after 3 months. Baby sense customer service would not offer replacement or refund - just a 15% discount off a new camera. Contacted Amazon customer service who thankfully agreed to refund the order if returned which we gladly did. Shame as the units video was great quality.

Turns out that it can malfunction when plugging in to charge, where the microphone remains on...which means you cannot hear baby and all they can hear is you. Incredibly unhelpful for naps. We tried resetting/turning off and on. Nothing seemed to immediately work, but it did suddenly start working again. Not happy. Otherwise was really impressed with the quality of the video monitor up until this point. Sensors are iffy, they gave some comfort but noticed that they dont always pick up on when baby has been lifted out of the cot.

We’re really happy with our babysense monitor, the image is clear, great volume adjustment and other features such as the light and sound options. We had an issue with the battery life of the monitor as it kept dying. Within 3 days of contacting babysense customer service they’ve arranged a replacement unit. Amie was really helpful and dealt with our case swiftly. Thank you Amie!

Registers baby breathing even when not in crib. Goes off a long time after baby taken out or not at all. Works about 75% of the time but would expect something like this to work all the time.
