Great quality at a low price
Very happy with the purchase. The quality does not reflect the price (in a good way). Sturdy bench with no assembly needed, apart from attaching the foot brace, which takes seconds. Folds and unfolds easily for storage. Seat position changes quickly. Comfortable, does the job as required, and looks great.

Compact ✔️ Adjustable ✔️ Lightweight ✔️ Comfortable ✔️ Value for money ✔️ Easy to assemble ✔️ Sturdy - doesn’t tilt ✔️ Feet leverage doesn’t get in the way ✔️ No built-in pocket to place support rods 🥀 Seat foundation is stiff so your glutes start to ache if you sit on it for extended periods 🥀 Decent quality workout bench for shoulder and bench presses. I’m 5’9 and don’t have any issues with its height (some people are unhappy about the backrest being too short to lean your head back but I don’t have any issues with this). Be careful not to lose the rods. Note: the seat is delicate so if you put too much weight on either edge e.g tricep dips as the glue holding it can cause it to bend but still comfortable.

Great Bench
This is a great bench for weigh training. It's easy to store away when not in use and ford's away nicely. Good design and easy to set up. I recommend this bench A+++

I can’t imagine a better bench for the money. Ideal for a first bench for anyone getting into training. Sturdy, good quality padding, it comes folded and assembled in the box. So no self assembly needed. Comfortable as well. A bargain!
