Used it under the outdoors AC unit and also under the washing machine, significantly reduced vibration on both units, but very noticeable on the washing machine.It has a distinctive odour, but was not too bad for me and smell disappeared very quickly.

Tenia un equipo de aire acondicionado sobre la habitacion, el cual por la vibracion hacia mucho ruido el cual no permitia dormir a gusto, tras colocar estos pads, la vibracion practicamente fue eliminada y ya no se escucha en la habitacion permitiendo dormir muy a gusto.

Didn't smell too bad out of the package for me. I cut the 4x4 pieces into 2x2 pieces with my chop saw and got more pads for the money than the 2x2 item that is for sale. The terrible smell that others complain about cam back after cutting the pieces, but these are being installed under AC condenser units outside my home, so I am not too worried about how long they are going to smell for. Overall happy with these pads as they helped significantly quiet my condenser unit along with some rubber washers on the cage of the condenser.

These are working great under my 50 gallon oiled compressor directly to concrete. It cut down the sound transfer outside my uninsulated garage substantially. They have been in use for 6+months and show no signs of compression or breakdown.
