The flavour is AMAZING!!! What a treat!
The product arrived super fast, so thank you for that. It was sent with 2 bags, paper and a fabric bag. I am using the original packaging wrap in the fabric bag to keep it moist. The taste is AMAZING, the best parmesan I have ever eaten. It is on the expensive side at £48, but worth the investment.

A real taste of Italy
A very tasty, slightly soft cheese that deserves being eaten as a cheese in it's own right. It would be a shame to just grate it.
