I saw a few concerning reviews but this thing is legit. Saw people say things get loose. Always nice when the company gives you all the tools you need but I recommend using a ratchet wrench to get things tight. It feels stirdy to me. Someone also said not enough room for the handle bar grips. Install the bars first, then install grips last. Theres plenty of room. I even had space to put a cool bell for my kid in the middle of his handle bar, and those grips aren't going anywhere. I took a glimpse at the instructions and then didn't use them. Easy to figure out. You got this parents. Great job for an affordable price, but looks and feels good to me in general.

For the price this seat is awesome. Considering a name brand one is over $200 with handle bars. My son loves it.

We have loved using this bike seat with our son so much that we just purchased another for our 2 year old daughter. Great quality… the first one we purchased has been used for almost 2 years very frequently and has held up well! We’ve been able to do some awesome mountain bike rides as a family because of this seat!

it wasn’t very good the seat would waddle a bit we got it going but unless your a small built family you’re basically sitting on top of your child and it’s usually warm when people go biking.

The seat, metal frame attachment, and foot bar are an exact copy of the shotgun seat down to the color and feel . The even fit the bike the same way. It will fit most regular bikes. Rating 3 stars because the foot straps are in no way sturdy enough for regular or even semi regular use. Mine also came damaged but still the quality of that part will not hold up. The handle bars are completely plastic and poor quality. Other than what I mentioned above it works fine, install is strait forward. It comes with directions. It doesn’t shift when the kiddo is on it and seems stable. For the price of this you could easily make modifications to resolve these issues and still not spend as much as the name brand shotgun seat. I don’t have the time or tools for that but someone else might.

It works exactly as it should and $100 less than a few other products. Easily adjusted to irregular frame width and stays put after you snug everything up. We've only done rides around town and it's perfect... Ordering a second for the wife's bike now.

The bike seat loosened up within a half mile of our bike ride and flipped to the side very unsafe for a child. There was no way to tighten this to keep it from doing this. The foot strap broke right away as well. We won’t be using this seat again. We were thankful it was only 39.99 because we are not going through the hassle of returning it!

Works well on our bikes. No need for the shotgun seat that is pretty much the same thing

I actually love this. My son pretty much maxes it out (4.5 years, 39 pounds), but it's so much easier for me to have his weight centered instead of in a seat on the back. After this summer I'll have to kick him off of it and get him on his own 2-wheeler, but for now it's a cheap solution so he gets to enjoy rides with his family. 😊

Product was solid, just be careful if you buy it as a gift that the parents of the child you gift it to arent crazy helocopter parents or all they will see is some exagerated danger and freak out.
