I bought this replacement kit because the blade on my Oster blender was worn out and no longer working properly. I decided to give this product a try, and it turned out to be a great choice. Installation was simple, and all the parts fit perfectly in my blender. Once I replaced it, it started working like new again, even crushing ice without any issues. It feels well-made and durable. Very good price and quality. The only complaint I have is that there are no instructions on how to replace the slinger pin which is about 1/8” shorter than the original. The new blade assembly will not seat all the way down on the original slinger pin. It still seems to run fine though.

Excelente producto

I have a vintage, classic Oster I got from my dad who is no longer here and so I didn't know much about it. But it's a great blender. It just had this weird leak at the bottom and the liquid was gray, like it was grease. I changed out the gasket and that still didn't fix it so I got this instead and it worked! Comparing to the old blade assembly (which I assume may be the original), this looks to be in pretty good shape and made well! This also included 2 gaskets which seemed to be made well too. My only gripe, which is light, is that I feel my original black bottom is better than what was included here. Could just be my own preference because I like the feel than the new sharpy plastic feel. I did try out the new bottom and it didn't fit with the attachment up top, but it does when not connected...weird. Either way, this is a great replacement and definitely recommend! Very thankful to Oster for not changing these too heavily after all these years so my vintage blender still functions just as good to this day :)
