Looping
After on year of use, this product went in to a looping on and off, now I will have to send for repair, do not recommend this product, unless you have longer warranty attached.

Amazing laptop.
I love the laptop. The price for the performance is amazing. MY only downside is the battery life. This must be the area of saving. But it has a great cooling system and has not come close to over heating while running and plugged in.

Great for gaming.
I have had the laptop for a few months now and everything works perfectly. I have run multiple video games on here including WoW, Stardew, Civ 5, and others with no issue. Graphics are fantastic, storage is great, and the laptop is attractive in its design. Excited to have a good laptop to game again!

Really good gaming laptop for the price.
Fast, nice display, and doesn't overheat. This is my third MSI gaming laptop and I'm happy with it.The only drawback is all the junk Windows 11 loads onto the laptop. Not MSI's fault. It occurs on any Windows 11 system, but takes time and patience to try to eliminate all the junk. Just setting up the screen saver takes going to FOUR different windows and setting the options one at a time. C'mon Microsoft! And you can't delete some of the more annoying Windows junk programs. MS Windows is a tyrant.

Great for Gaming, Adequate for Work/Travel
For the price, the specs are very nice. Most laptops with these specs would cost typically $1800. The laptop performs great when playing games and doing any type of work with its fast processor and quick gpu. The RAM is nice for multitasking and ensuring smooth gameplay. However, there are a few downsides about this laptop which I will list below:1. Poor, poor battery life. Expect maybe 2 hours of use when running on battery life even for casual browsing and whatnot. Performance on these types of laptops drop significantly when not plugged in.2. The keyboard feels a little on the cheap side. The keyboard on this laptop feels slightly worse than the keyboard on my $800 acer laptop. The customizable backlights are nice, but I would rather have better keys than cool aesthetics.3. If you want to install a camera blocker on this, like the ones that you can slide open and closed, than too bad. The rubber bumper hugs the top of the camera making it impossible to do so. I guess a piece of tape would work though.Overall, for the price, it is well worth the purchase. If you plan on using this a lot for traveling and doing work, where you will run it on battery power, than definitely do not get this laptop. If you plan to use this where you were going to have it plugged in a lot and are an avid game player, then this laptop is definitely for you. The large screen is great, The specs are powerful, and it is a great value laptop.

Unstable fps. Windows 11. Bad delivery methods.
The media could not be loaded. Before reading this review, keep in mind that the sample size is 1(ONE) laptop.I cannot say for certain that all laptops of these series are bad, but i can say that 100% of this series of laptops that i have purchased (1 btw) is complete dog poo.tl;dr-delivery is nightmare for working class stiff (unless WFH)-all this bloatware that comes pre-attached with windows 11, and nvidia drivers, as well as norton anti-virus (LOL) which you CANNOT shut off-frame rate in this copy was dog poo, (extremely unstable hitting lows of 30, highs of 200, average about 40fps)-absolutely chugging when it comes to, say, 100 tabs (don't look at me like that, there are people like me out there)=was unable to test durability because it was returned in the first week=did not test battery life, as was plugged in from the start and being sent back=did not test speakers or keyboard or touchpad because i like my physical addons+1tb ssd seems cool i guess. people pay good money for this component alone+physically, structure is flat and airflow seems pretty decent without any addons+screen seems pretty huge for a laptopOverall 3/10mediocre for gamingterrible for workbad for multitaskingIf you want a computer that can do what this one does, buy an actual computer with parts you can change out.you're paying a huge premium to have this amount of tech be portable.Unnecessary Rant:Why on earth does a 1,300$ laptop "made" "FOR GAMING" hit 30 fps in ye-olden games such as-dota 2-league of legends (literally made with potato pc's in mind)-Team fortress 2Admittedly ran Battlefield 2042 pretty well with minor hiccups, but i run every game at min settings??sure, it hits 200 fps (ON OCCASION), but the monitor's refresh rate is 144??? so what's the point of going all the way up to 200 and then shooting down to 30????The fps simply isn't stable, and jumps from 30 to 200, averaging maybe 40 from what i can tell?Last 7 year old msi laptop that was literally coming apart at the seams was performing better in these games, and it was gtx 1060. I bought this laptop to replace it, thinking i was buying cutting edge.if this is cutting edge.....Also prone to freezing when simply alt tabbing from games to work, and freezing when loading too many tabs on browser of your choice (admittedly, this was a limit test of hardware capabilities)Delivery was a nightmare, though it was the better of two evils.Amazon delivery gave prediction from 0800-2200 of certain day, so I had to call out of work.I did not respond in the 5 minute window in which they told me delivery man was present (partially my fault i guess, but a 5 minute window from a 14 hour window???)next day, i took another day off from work to sit outside 40 mins in advance (when notification said delivery driver was 9 stops away).Amazon driver required my passcode to be entered into his device before he could give me the item. The other option was to leave it on doorstep and pray a porch pirate does not find it, which would be worse.Recommended to buy this stuff directly from a store, or utilize a third party drop off.

great gaming laptop
great quality gaming laptop, i love the personalization abilities, battery life is amazing if ur not running anything too crazy, the only thing, is i let it overheat a lil (not sure how hot it got exactly) and it froze, so i took the bottom panel off and let it sit like that, and it took about 48hrs to cool back down enough to where it was usable, but im pretty sure thats more my fault than the laptop itself, i would recommend, i would say u definitely get what u pay for with this one

Nice gaming laptop!
Got this for my son and he loves it. It doesn’t overheat, has great performance, and the WiFi is modern for zippy downloads.
