Not for those who is deficient 2.2mcg to 3mcg is daily need.
Agar tumko kami hai vit b12 ki to mat lo ye Agar tum bas maintain karne ke liye rhe ho to ok hai Bhai tum kuch na kuch khate hi hoge jisme b12 daily ka mil jaye to waste hai Better to ask chatgpt it will guide you

Am start just 10 days before so am not much aware of there real strength, but as per 1500 mcg power not feel yet, sorry to say but I dont think that much power contain in this teb., otherwise I feel that!, don't understand such power tabs are really good to take or not, carefully start before research any such tab pls.

Does make you fill more active and refreshed not recommended to take at night. Take it in morning i have used this for 3 months now.

Highly Disappointed ☹️
After using it regularly and finishing it all, I doubt the honesty of the mcg it claims to possess as with no positive results or any effect, it just didn't work for me at all. Besides, to add to my discomfort, the bottle's neck being too narrow than the bottle itself, the tiny tablets get stuck at the inner concave edge for which it requires much more shaking to drop the tabs out.
