No problems. Does what it’s supposed to.
I tried two other types and they started to fail after a couple months. This one is working well. So far so good.

Best Light Controller I’ve Used
I LOVE the variety of lighting options this controller gives you. There’s about 100 presets and you can choose to change the brightness and speed of the different flashing/fading options. You can even create a set of custom saved colors. Very easy to use, and I love having the app on my phone

Way more awesome than expected.
I have had a couple WS2811 LED strips and been controlling them with my own programs on a couple Arduino boards. I started having some troubles with my boards and was not really certain if my Arduino boards had failed, or my soldering on my wiring had failed, or my LED strips had died. I bought this controller to help me rule out whether or not it was the LED strips that were failing. I was not really thrilled to have to download an app... but I am glad I did. The remote control without the app does work but.. for my particular lights the red and green were swapped and I could not see a way to swap them via the remote. The app does let you change the rgb color calibration, which was the main reason I did install the app. Well I am so glad I did install the app. You can control some of the same features from the app with the remote but it makes so much more sense in the app and is easier to control in the app. My own programs were pretty complex routines that I was rather proud of. The number of combinations of programs in the app however was really impressive. Not quite the same fine control I have writing my own programs on Arduino but so much variety that I was happy to ignore my boards for the summer and just enjoy the variety of shows pre-provided! You can also adjust the effects based on the number of pixels you have. I currently have three strands of 50 each linked up. The programs can go up to 150 pixels. But it can be really fun trying using repeats so setting to 75, 50, 25 pixels, or 10 on a string of 150 gives some really different feelings. The app is a little confusing at first, play around and experiment and it starts to make a lot more sense. All in all, I am very glad I bought this controller. It exceeded my expectations and was very affordable. I did once have trouble and had to reset the connection between the app and the controller. Doing so did fix the issue and I have had the controller now for a couple months and use it almost daily.

Works pretty well
For the price and size this thing works pretty well. Scanning the QR code takes you to the app store to download the needed app which bluetooth connects to the device. Make sure you also have a power supply that matches the voltage of your lights. It says it will accept anything from 5V-24V. The app is almost overly simple. It gives you a list of BLuetooth devices, and once connected you have the option for selecting 120 different patterns from a dial, or setting your own solid color. It would be nice if it had some descriptions of the 120 programs so you could narrow it down without trying all of them, but they cycle through pretty quickly. My biggest complaint is that it disconnects when you turn off your phone and has no memory of which device to connect to when you come back. The lights keep playing fine, but you have to re-find it in your bluetooth list and reconnect every time you open the app to change a setting.

Works great!
They do not mention you are limited to preset profiles. Everything with SP type controller is limited that way. It's a chip limitation... HOWEVER. It works better than I expected in every other way. The only things things it has over esp32 is 12v/flexible voltage and utilizes Bluetooth. esp32 boards support it but wled firmware as powerful as it is, only does wifi direct.

Good little unit for my 2811 RGB lights
SO my regular controller stopped working my RGBs on my house so was needing something to have at least some type of lights. I purchased this not really knowing if it would do good or not. I was kind of shocked at how plug n play it really is.. I hooked a 12v power supply from some other lights into the unit. hooked my lights to it and plugged it in. Downloaded and opened the app and the lights came on... I wish You could do more with the app but it does give you like 120 different colors and patterns of lights. looks like it can control up t0 600 lights, i only have about 330 as of now. plan to hook more up and see how it does. I had them on all day one day the box never got hot. best part with this i don't need any other power source for the lights. Might try out another box that has more features. BTW this box has no way to fasten itself, you could use double sticky tape on it or something. reason for 1 star on the adhesion

Great RGB Controller
I use these to add rgb to my clusters. This is a great controller and has a nice app for controlling the color I want. Id highly recommend and seem to hold up nicely. Size is nice and small. Great product! Bluetooth is nice to use when i wanna change things up on my cluster!
