Why these leveling kits are labeled 3 inch but their ture thickness are less than 3 inch?

3" leveling kit means the lifting height, NOT the spacer thickness.

Why the struct bolts came out the top?

On few vehicles, if the struct bolts came out the top, that's normal, just trim the little bit of bolts off to make everything correctly!

Does it affect ride quality or cause vibrations?

No, it maintains factory ride quality and smooth.

Does it require alignment after installation?

Yes. A front end alignment back to factory spec is recommend after install.
