The Babelio Mini is a popular portable white noise machine. It is rechargeable using USB-C, which is a huge advantage over its main competitor in India — ‘Sleep’ by Saregama. Do keep in mind that this Babelio machine has to be charged using a USB-A to USB-C type cable. I wish the volume went a tad higher. It has about 15 levels of volume, with the first 8 being too low to be of any practical use. The White Noise quality is good. You have to cycle through the sequence once and set it to White Noise only once. Thereafter, it remembers your selection and automatically starts in White Noise mode every time. Refer the manual to note the sequence of preset sounds. The battery lasts about two nights, before needing to be recharged. Alternatively, you can choose to keep this permanently plugged in, if you so desire. The main complaint I have with it is the placement of the buttons at the bottom of the device. You have to lift it up, each time, to access the controls. Often, in the middle of the night, I have had to fumble to increase or decrease the volume. As this is round in shape, you can’t tell which button is Up or Down and it can be a pain having to guess and struggle in the dark, when you are half-asleep. I also own the ‘Sleep’ machine from Saregama, which has just a single knob on the top, to turn it ON and to also control the volume. Another drawback is that this Babelio machine can’t be “directed” to face a particular direction. As the speaker is fixed on the top, it emits sound upwards.

Great product! Really helps cancelling a lot of background noise and great battery life too. It’s been a saviour for me to help my 11 month old daughter sleep!

I have used this for more than a year. Works really great. I have had no issues. Sleep quality has improved substantially as it helps to drown out the ambient noises. What features would make this product even better would be -- a timer that will switch on automatically in the middle of the night and some indicator that tells how the remaining battery charge.

Great product! Size is perfect to carry around and battery backup is good. Good range of sounds. Started using it for baby, but now I like using it for myself as well :) Seller is very responsive. Resolved a small issue with the product even months after delivery.

Purchased this white noise machine less than a month ago. It worked well initially and was quite effective, but suddenly stopped working altogether without any warning. Very disappointed with the durability. I expected it to last much longer. For the price, the quality is not reliable. Would not recommend unless the manufacturer improves the build quality.

Very satisfied with product size cause it is nice and compact. Easy to use. Good volume (can go quite loud) and many sound options. It helps my daughter to sleep better. With the noise on the background she doesn’t hear us come in at night and sleeps through other sounds.

A must have for new parents. Your baby will sleep more comfortably with this and will help a lot. The built quality of this is very good. It justifies the price. Variety of sounds and even your sleep will be more enjoyable
