What is the actual height of the box? The specifications say 8.5" but the diagram on the photos labels the height as 9.9".

The actual height of this SONGMICS jewelry box is about 8 inches.

Hi, are the organizers in the trays, removable and/or customizable? Thanks

The organizers in the trays of this SONGMICS Jewelry Box are removable, but not customizable.

I received my box today but The handles appear to more rose gold than gold. Is this a flaw?

Mine look gold. But even if it was a bit rose I'd still would take it. Good quality box.

Question for Seller: will this protect silver jewelry from tarnishing?

No. This SONGMICS Jewelry Box means to store your jewelry, it will not protect silver jewelry from tarnishing.
