after reading some bad reviews, I went against my better judgement and bought it anyway, I don't know what product the 1 star people got, but it certainly doesn't describe the item I received. The pan heats quicker than expected, perfect size for 2 - 4 people. easy to clean with a sponge daddy and soapy water, non stick surface. the product itself is actually quite light, which I don't mind due to emptying left over broth in the sink means it wasn't too heavy. Overall I'm very happy with it so far!

Excellent hotpot. Heated up quickly and easy to control the temperature. As is usual with most electrical appliances the electricity cord was not very long, so we had to use an extension cable to be able to reach the dining table. Used it to cook Chinese hotpot and it worked well for a spicy and a non-spicy soup. All the ingredients cooked at the speed expected. Fairly easy to clean, considering it can't be immersed in water. Would recommend for Chinese style hotpot. Don't know how it would work for other cuisines.

Turned on 20minutes ago with lid on still not boiled on level 5. Feels warm not hot. Not able to cook with it.

Works well and no complaints, decent bit of kit for the price. Couple of points to note: 1. Adjustable power switch, 1-5 level. There is only one level to be honest but that is ok for me. 2. In the instruction booklet, it does say after use, a ring will appear on the bottom of the pan where the element makes contact, at first looks ugly but it does scrub off.

I bought it for my husband for his birthday and he loved it! He wanted to test drive it using his friends as Guinea Pigs. It went down as a hit and it was very easy to clean up. Growing up with a heat coil skillet, I knew to hand wash it.

Der Topf wird schnell heiß und hält die Temperatur konstant, sodass Brühe und Zutaten nicht ewig brauchen. Mit 6 Litern ist genug Volumen da, auch wenn mehrere Leute mitessen – ideal für Freunde oder Familie. Das doppelseitige Design ist super praktisch: Man kann z.B. eine scharfe Brühe auf der einen Seite und eine milde auf der anderen machen, ohne zwei Töpfe zu brauchen. Gerade wenn Geschmäcker unterschiedlich sind, ist das ein Gamechanger. Der Deckel hilft außerdem, dass alles schneller kocht und weniger Wärme verloren geht. Die Bedienung ist unkompliziert, die Wärmeleistung reicht für Gemüse, Fleisch, Dumplings, Nudeln usw. locker aus. Nach dem Essen lässt er sich gut reinigen – wichtig ist nur, das Gerät abkühlen zu lassen und den elektrischen Teil nicht zu fluten (wie bei allen Elektro-Töpfen). Pluspunkte: • Wird schnell heiß (1200W) und hält Temperatur stabil • Großes Fassungsvermögen (6L) – top für mehrere Personen • Doppelseitig: zwei Brühen gleichzeitig (scharf/mild) • Deckel dabei, spart Zeit und Energie • Einfache Handhabung, gute Alltagstauglichkeit Kleiner Hinweis: Bei sehr stärkehaltigen Sachen (z.B. dicke Saucen) gelegentlich umrühren, damit nichts ansetzt – bei Brühe/Hotpot normal kein Problem. Fazit: Für Hotpot, Fondue und „alles-in-einen-Topf“-Abende wirklich empfehlenswert. Preis/Leistung stimmt und das doppelseitige Konzept macht richtig Spaß.

I’m really satisfied with this 6‑liter divided electric hot pot! It is absolutely perfect for hot‑pot nights with my roommates and friends. The built‑in divider is my favorite part. Now I can cook two different broths at the same time. People who like spicy soup and those who prefer mild, clear broth can enjoy the meal together without any compromise. No more arguing over which flavor we are going to make! The 6L large capacity fits plenty of meat, tofu, vegetables and noodles. It has more than enough space for 4‑6 people, so nobody needs to rush to grab food. It heats up pretty quickly, and the temperature control works well. I can easily adjust the heat to keep the broth gently simmering or boiling vigorously. The non‑stick surface is wonderful for easy cleanup. After dinner, I just wait for it to cool down and wipe or rinse the inner pot. Food residue comes off effortlessly. The transparent glass lid fits tightly, locking in heat and steam, and I can watch everything cooking inside conveniently. The build quality feels solid and stable on the table. It does not wobble while boiling. Living overseas, it’s not easy to find a good‑quality split‑pot electric hot pot on the market. This one has exceeded my expectations.
