I really like this tumbler and use it all the time. I was a little jealous when I saw friends tumblers had a handle but I found a stretchy strap that will fit around mine that has a nice hand strap on it. It is easier to carry than the handle would be. When full the tumbler is a little heavy and often I am carrying more than one thing and I like to hang the tumbler on my arm to have my hands free. I was pleasantly surprised at how long it keeps water cold. I fill it with ice once a day and keep refilling the water as needed. There is still ice in the tumbler at the end of the day. The straw is really strong. It does not flex but is comfortable for my mouth, no sharp edges. I liked my tumbler so much I got one for my husband. He likes his too. I have dropped or knocked over my tumbler at least twice and neither time did anything spil out of it. The instructions say if you use carbonated beverages it might leak around the straw so I have only used water (sometimes with lemon slices) in it and there has been no leakage. I think this is a great tumbler for the price.

Perfect in every way. Keeps my drink cool for the entire day, I really like that I can use either a straw or the sip spout. The straw is straw, not flimsy or hard, dangerous plastic that feels like it may break. The size is perfect because it fits into a cup holder and also just in my hand. I intentionally didn’t want a clunky handle on this new water bottle. The navy/ dark gray is very nice as well- I am not a fan of obnoxious bright colored water bottles sitting on my desk all day distracting me.

I bought this tumbler because I needed to drink more water. I wanted something that could hold a good size amount, keep it cold, and was easy to clean AND I didn't want to pay $40+ for it. What a gem this cup turned out to be. It does all that I wanted including keeping my water cold for a little over 24hrs!! I fill it with ice and water in the morning around 8am, refill with water around lunch time, 12 or 1pm , lots of ice remaining, refill the water again around 5, ice has dwindled a little bit, but it's still in there and then I refill with water before bed. Again, still have ice! I tend to wake up during the night, unfortunately, but take sips of water throughout and it's still cold!!! Ice is still clinking a smidge at that time. In the morning I finish the rest, still cold, and wash and refill with ice and water to start the cycle all over again. I also love that it fits in my car's cupholder. Always hated that my bottles had to lay down in the console because they were too big. The ability to either sip or use the straw is an additional bonus feature. If you are on the fence about this tumbler, don't be. It's great! Absolutely a good buy. Loved it so much I am getting my daughter the kids 16oz for her to take to school. *Please be advised with 40oz of water it is a bit hefty and the cup is tall. I was expecting that but my husband commented on it so sharing in case that would be a surprise to others.

Ok so im going all out, your full honest review. I ordered this on the 31st of July 2024 and ir arrived 5th of August, it literally took 3-4 business days to arrive (I live in South America). The tumbler itself, i can say with confidence that it's way better than Stanley. It is really pretty, the color distribution creates great contrasts. I literally added my own stickers and a keychain since it obviously does not sweat. Nonetheless, when full, it is a little bit heavy but you can place your hand comfortably on the handle since it allows you to do so and will not spill sideways, though it will spill if you turn it fully upside down. The straw is very firm, but if you take it out and turn the tumbler fully upside down, it will leak a couple of drops so it isnt 100% leak proof. The top is very easy to open and when closed, it seals the water inside firmly. At the top when the straw is removed, you can slide it to sip on the cup. I cant say anything right now about durability as i received it today but with the bottle boot (24 oz), i feel like it will hold for longer (it costs about 6-8 dollars here on amazon). I recommend getting a silicone straw lid, you can find many on Amazon, i personally bought mine from Shopee as it is cheaper, though it takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive. Overall, a great tumbler, i surely recommend it as it is cheaper than Stanley and it does a way better job in terms of comfort. Thanks for reading, hope this helps!! Edit!!: It's December 7, 2024. After a few months of daily use, the owala tumbler has worked like a wonder. Nonetheless, I have had some experiences with my owala. Positive ones? Water is cold ALL day, easy to carry around, has fallen multiple times and the tumbler is almost intact (considering i have the bottle boot btw). Now, could it be better? Yeah totally, I noticed that on the lid it did sweat, the color of the owala itself (specially the lid) is starting to fade, sometimes water will come out from the straw area due to pressure, if not closed properly, the cup opening (for you to sip) will leak water, the straw broke after a partner accidentally pushed it off a table (probs 1m tall in a very specific angle) and the replacement is only sold in the official owala website. Had to order them and make them ship to a cousin in the US but dw, if you live there, it will arrive in a couple of days if happened, though they only sell white straws, though you could also order them from shopee or aliexpress for cheaper alternatives taking into account that the tumbler straws are longer. If you want something better than a stanley (which has all of these problems and more), i would recommend the owala tumbler, even with all of the little problems that it has presented over my time of usage. BUT, if you are picking out within the owala collections, the freesip is a way better option. I ordered my boyfriend one and it is a masterpiece. Hope this helped!!
