No. There is no alcohol or oil at all and no fragrance. This reassures me that it will be more suitable and safer to use with the device.

Can anyone tell me the ingredients in this product? Is it like water?

Not like water, it's a gel. I think the listing would be more accurate: Purified Water, Glycerin, Carbomer, Vitamin C, hyaluronate, collagen,chondroitin sulfate, moist factor, ion-exchange material.

Can it be used with an epilator?

I use the gel on the surface of the skin before I use the IPL or RF devices on my clients to cool and lubricate the skin during the treatment, making it a more comfortable experience for my clients.

I see the description has two uses, use with the device or after the device?

Either one is fine, and when I do facial treatments at the salon they often apply it to the skin before using the device. I apply the gel to my skin to cool it down after using the epilator myself at home. For a moisturizing cooling gel, it can be used in a variety of ways.
