I really tried with this cushion, but it was just soooo hard that it caused me more pain to endure 'breaking it in' than I was willing to put up with. Secondly, there was no instructional leaflet with 'tips for how to make the cushion work well for you. Assumption appears to be that everyone can just figure out how to get the maximum benefit in the shortness amount of time. Finally, what was I supposed to do with the green prickly ball? Again, assumption is that everyone who purchases this cushion has been through several sessions of professional therapy and recognizes all the gadgets and knows what to do with them. I just an old back pain rearing up, and needed some comfortable seating height to my work station. I searched on Amazon and found this one. It didn't work for me. Got to return.

I like that it has elastic wide straps that will secure the seat cushion on to my office chair. It is light weight so it is portable to carry to another chair or car seat. I like that I feel secure and sturdy. Relieves back pain. I have spinal stenosis, sciatica, pain. I am very happy with this seat cushion.

Hands down best seat cushion ever purchased!! Used by a big rig driver who sits all day. It’s exactly as described and worth every penny!! I’ve spent a lot on cushions that aren’t supportive enough or don’t hold their shape long. This one is awesome! And love that the cover comes off completely for washing. The company selling this is fantastic with customer service, too!!! Great purchase!

This was a lifesaver for our cross country trip from LA to North Carolina. I sat on it both as a passenger and driver and never once had a back issue. I have spinal stenosis and sciatica - so I was dreading the drive. My only issue was that there was no way to secure to the driver seat and I would have preferred to be able to strap it on the car seat.

Went flat after I sat on it for an hour or so, I guess they meant it doesn't go flat as long as you are not sitting on it.

I purchased this item to provide lumber support while sitting at work. I find myself sitting for hours without needing to stretch! The cushion holds my weight well. I let my brother borrow it for a road trip from NC to NY. He didn’t want to give it back.

This really was the perfect solution for me. I’m often uncomfortable when sitting for long periods of time due to a tailbone injury, and this solved that problem completely. True to their word, it does not go flat. I’ll be taking this with me on long airline flights, too!
