When there is a problem, no one will help.
It’s a great product, but when the package arrived it was empty. This is why I give it 1star. The amazon site says all issues must be resolved with Clearstem and Clearstem responds saying all issues must be resolved with Amazon. And so the circle of frustration…

Cleared my Acne
Wow- I was so hesitant to try this supplement as I have tried soooo many things to help clear my hormonal acne. I am a 36 y/o female who has struggled with acne since I was 14. I came across the acne guru on IG and saw this supplement. I also saw the correlation between hormonal acne and eggs. For the last 3 months I have cut out eggs ( I already was dairy and gluten free) and started taking this supplement daily! My cystic acne has not flared up in the last 3 months!!!! At first I thought it was too good to be true but going on month 4 and skin is still clear!!!!!!!

Este es mi segundo bote que compro dicen que el tratamiento es de 3 meses para ver resultados. Lo único que he notado es que me esta saliendo mas acné me imagino que esta sacando todo los granos qué tengo,solo me toca esperar y seguir con el tratamiento.

Jury out on the DIM side effects
I ordered this for my son - who suffers from cystic acne He has been seen by a dermatologist for many years & has tried everything prescribed for acne & honestly nothing has worked for his skin - I ordered these on an impulse- all the ingredients appear to be all natural- It all seems very promising my only reservation was the DIM - diindolylmethane ingredient it has side effects that alter estrogen & testosterone levels I have also learned that DIM accumulates in the thyroid - this for me is a dealbreaker We have a family history of thyroid disorders- I have 5 immediate family members that have had thyroid disorders requiring surgery- I didn’t want to put my son at risk - so because of that - I’m holding off w having him take these supplements

Add it to your routine!
I love this stuff! I know a girl who swears by it and was skeptical, but now after 3 or 4 months of using it myself, I totally agree and can see its immediate value. Headaches
Vitamin A is a retinoid and the levels are very high which caused me to have headaches! Stopped taking after a week! Seemed to be helping with acne but it’s not worth the headaches a d potential developing something else.
