If I could do negative stars I would…
I have NEVER had the issues with any Amazon seller the way I have with Simpson. It’s not even Amazons fault, it’s the way Simpson allows this expensive equipment to be packaged. Absolutely mind blowing that after ordering 3 pressure washers, even switching the model- I still had the same experience with all three. Super damaged every time. The 3rd seemed in better condition and the pump ended up being faulty. I finally saw other reviewers had the same complaints. It was so bad I refused to even order from another supplier because I’d still have the same issue since it’s Simpsons fault. Not sure who is running their warehouse/shipping but they need to be fired because I have NEVER seen anything like this before. It even affected my business for a few weeks while returns were being made, etc. Please do not order from Simpson. If you can find a non-damaged one in a store, do that. Or just order from literally any other company.

Awesome so far, 1 full day of use in…
Ordered the CRX 420, Cat Pump, aluminum frame version. The package arrived undamaged and a day early (I live in Florida). The box was in great shape as well. Used the unit to clean a large driveway today with a 20inch surface cleaner. It’s an absolute monster. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Don't buy this.
It's a very difficult to start, and the instructions don't match the product itself. There is a lot missing information. The troubleshooting is similarly ineffective in solving anything. When I called customer service because I was having trouble starting it, the only advice was to return it and advise me of Amazons 30 day return policy.

Not as powerful as you'd think
I had a smaller dewalt pressure washer that was twice as powerful as this, the gun part broke on the 3rd usage
