Exact replacement
My chrome throttle side weight fell off during a ride. Thought I would try the black. Did not turn out as well as I would have liked. Changed mind and ordered the chrome ones instead. Nothing wrong with weights. Great product. Like the design. Got smarter this time and used Loctite on the screw threads that hold the end weights on. Definitely help with the felt vibration at the hand grips.

Excellent product and they look great!
I added these to my Suzuki Intruder VS1400 with Kuryakyn ISO grips and they helped tremendously with the vibration in my handlebars. If you have this bike or another bike that has a lot of vibration at higher speeds you will be doing yourself a favor to install these with the ISO grips and also try the Tyrebeads Motorcycle balancing beads also sold on Amazon. The combination of those three things made a huge difference in the overall comfort and ridability of my bike. Oh and did I mention that they look awesome on the bike? They really make the bars look quite a bit longer and add a lot to the appearance.

Nice finish to the grips
Look great they do help replace the weight removed to install the grips but IMO they don’t dampen the vibrations as well as the original

No more numb hands!
I've dealt with numb hands after 20-30 minutes of riding since I bought my VTX1800C. I have a throttle lock, ISO grips, and padded-palm gloves. I consciously hold the grips as lightly as possible when cruising. All of those measures help some, but these weights significantly reduced handlebar and mirror vibration and various speeds, from idle to 80+. I can still feel some vibration (we are talking about a 1.8L V-twin here), but it's much milder and doesn't come close to making my hands go numb. They're even compatible with my knockoff (non-Kury) ISO grips. I had to get extra screws from the hardware store since the Kurys use #4-40 and my knockoffs use M3-0.5. I also had to grind down the OD on the screw heads a bit since they were a little too wide to fit into the weights, but once I did that, everything fit together very well. YMMV, of course, but I'm a very happy camper!

a great product
leave it to KUYAKYN to come up with a really good product. As soon as these arrived I went ahead and attach them to my ISO grips and took the old girl out for a ride. I instantly noticed a difference in handlebars. The familiar buzz that was always present no longer seem to be there.. And for myself a motorcycle rider I can tell you that if your hands get numb from the handlebars vibrating it's the most uncomfortable feeling especially if you're on a long-distance trip. So these handlebar weights get five big stars from motorcycle man and to top it all off and look fantastic. I highly recommend it if you already own a set of ISO grips these can only complement them..

These do work!
I was skeptical these little grip ends would help vibration on my Shovelhead.... I was pleasantly surprised! I'd say it dropped vibration on my drag bars 50%. Not bad at all for a very simple install.

Resisted at first but appreciated now
I put Kury grips on my bike when it was new, in 2005. On the V-Star 1100, replacing the grips meant losing the stock bar end weights. For 6 years, I kept telling myself it was fine. Having added just about everything else that I could to my bike, I decided maybe these would be worth a try in late 2011. Wow! Cut vibration --which I had previously tried convincing myself didn't exist -- by probably two thirds. These are absolutely worth the price. With leads vibration in the bars, the bike is far more comfortable on those long trips when your buddy says "Hey, another 200 miles today and we could be home tonight."

Nice edition to the bike and they do reduce vibration.

Very high quality, fitted very easily, but still get slight head shake (on a Rocket 111). There has only been a slight improvement, but still worthwhile. I also purchased the palm rest, which fitted against the bar weights perfectly.
