MSMK Beige 20cm Ceramic Non-Stick Frying Pan with lid

I've been having problems finding a decent 24cm frying pan for ages now. Several cheap ones have come and gone. Tried ceramic coated pans. No good (ProCook products that were definitely NOT non-stick - but apparently it was my fault for using them incorrectly - won't be buying any more of their stuff). So to the MSKM pan as my latest purchase. And this time I can report it is a belter! Used it multiple times now and the food just glides around the pan with ease, and with zero stickage (is that a word?). And it's not that expensive at £35. And you get a lid with it too! Thus I can thoroughly recommend this pan.

This is my third as using about 5/6 times a week means I buy a new one every year. The quality of the non stick and lack of the dangerous ingredients like Teflon makes frequent usage safer than many coatings.

I bought this pan one month ago. It is a sturdy pan with riveted handle. Non-stick coating works fine and easy to clean. Suitable for cooking soups and fried eggs.

I got this pan because I wanted a bigger, nonstick option that was PFOA free. It has been great so far. The nonstick coating is really effective; eggs and pancakes just slide right off, even with very little oil. The pan itself has a good, solid weight, and the stainless steel base means it heats up fast and very evenly on my hob. I really like the white interior and the wood grain handle; it looks modern and attractive in the kitchen. The lid is a huge bonus for steaming or keeping food warm, and the included slotted spatula is a nice touch. The only drawback is, like all ceramic pans, you need to be very careful to only use low to medium heat and avoid metal utensils to make sure the nonstick lasts.

This is my second MSMK 28cm Non-Stick Frying Pan with Lid, and unfortunately my experience hasn’t been great. The first pan I received warped badly (see image) and had to be returned. At the time, I assumed it was just a one-off fault, as the pan looked like good quality. However, after receiving a replacement, the second pan developed the exact same issue, which suggests it’s more of a design or manufacturing problem rather than bad luck. To make matters more frustrating, both issues occurred just outside Amazon’s return window, so I had to contact Amazon directly for a return. They did handle the first one, but now I have to go through the same process again. For the price, I expected much better consistency and build quality. I do own other pans from this range that are perfectly fine, but based on my experience, I would advise avoiding the frying pans.

I really enjoy MsMk products. I recently purchased my third MsMk pan, and I continue to be impressed by their quality. I started with the 10” pan, which has retained its non-stick properties as well as the day I bought it. Since then, I have added the 8” and 7” pans to my collection. The thick material used in these pans is excellent for heat retention and even distribution. Unlike thin aluminum pans that often lead to uneven cooking, MsMk pans provide consistent results every time. Regardless of how good they can be, proper care is recommended if you want to extend the life of your pans. Don’t scratch with metal and don’t overheat.

in der Beschreibung steht grosse Pfanne 31,8 cm, das beschreibt aber die Pfanne in ihrer ganzen Länge mit Stiel. Die Pfanne hat nur 18 cm Bratfläche, für unserere Bedürfnisse viel zu klein. Man bekomt den Eindruck das die Beschreibung absichtlich irreführend ist. Ich wollte eine extragrosse Pfanne bestellen. Geht also leider zurück.

The size of this pan is perfect for single servings and I love that I don't need to use oil or butter/margarine when making an omelet or potato pancake. With my old frying pan I had to use several tablespoons of oil and food still stuck. With this one nothing sticks, and only a few loose flakes are left behind as shown in the first photograph near where the handle attaches. Clean up is a breeze too. You can immerse it in soapy water if you want to but simply wiping it with a soft dry or damp cloth also works. The second photograph shows it wiped with a dry cloth. The bottom stays pretty clean although it discolored a bit after about two months of use as shown in the third photograph. I'm not sure where the marks that are on it came from because my stove is a year old and burners are clean, but it is what it is. I use only plastic utensils because metal ones might scratch the protective surface. Yes, I would recommend this frying pan.

I bought a sauce pan from this line and love it. I'm pretty rough on my cookware. The kids use whatever utensils they want on them & they ALWAYS go in the dishwasher. I needed to replace a skillet & was pleased to find this line had a great size. I love it. I'm considering buying the whole set & getting rid of my old t-fal.
