This is a very tasty, Lemon balm drop from Switzerland. It has been my personal go to for years. When they first came out with these in the 90s Ricola only made their traditional herb cubes, known all over the world. Now, the have quite a selection and I was happy that I could send some to my father in law when he felt under the weather. He now likes them too ;)

Read this review before you buy
BE AWARE! If I was delivered a bag of these that the person in the advertisement on this page had, I would give this 4 or 5 stars. But that big bag is not what you receive for $5.49. You will receive a box that fits in your hand, that is definitely not worth $5.49! A buck ninety nine? Yes. I’m so angry, they should send me a few more of these boxes honestly. As for the product inside the tiny box? Good. I like that I can’t tell that it’s sugar free. The lemon mint is ok, so 4 stars, but I’m reviewing on one star because even though I like the product, I feel I’ve been ripped off and will never order again anyway. I’ll find something similar. So disappointing. I would be ordering more bags in other flavors, but no, you got me, good for you. Hope you’re happy that you tricked me!

Warning, Warning, Warning This is a small 1.5 oz (45 gram) pack not 45 pieces.
I thought i was ordering this item: Ricola Big Bag Sugar Free Lemon Mint Cough Drops, 45 Drops, 1 Count. Instead I received a very tiny box about 1/3 the size of a pack of cigarettes. What a JOKE. Search for the quantity of 45 drops big bag instead. It is the same $5.48 price. I have never been angered by an Amazon purchase more than this. How crazy is it that Ricola makes a 45 count big bag and a 45 gram tiny box that looks like a sample size?

They use aspartame in it!
The listing says it is sweetened with Isomalt. It is not. It has aspartame in it.

Recommend by my Dentist
These have been a big help with my usual winter cough. My dentist recommended them for my dry mouth as they are sugar free and they do work. You have to work hard to just suck and not scrunch.

An excellent product, does what it says on the box
An excellent product, does what it says on the box ! They work so well, it would be an advantage if they were half the size, my wife uses one when going to bed so she can settle down without coughing, but she has to take the drop out before settling down.
