Very sturdy iron and has a good adjustable height

I deliberated about spending this much on an ironing board, but went for it! The ironing board folds down nice & small, it’s easy to put up and has variable height settings. The cover is great quality and my only negative comment is that it could be just a little bit longer (struggles a bit with a folded duvet cover as don’t fit very well. Despite this I would recommend this ironing board as a good buy.

Was looking for a replacement to my MAGIS ironing board which my taken by ex partner and never returned. This is 1/4 price and looks nice design wise and is very sturdy and easy to use - comes with hanging tool. Highly recommended way better than many ironing boards on the market

Good quality large ironing board, I particularly like the cover which stops steam passing through condensing underneath and dropping on floor, like my previous ironing board and cover. The pull out tray for steam generator iron is really useful, and means you can use the full size of the board for ironing. The tray does seem to bend slightly under weight of iron, so time will tell, but so far so good. Not sure how the full price can be justified. I waited till it was heavily discounted by Amazon before buying.

So, Joseph Joseph products are great I have many, however they have not covered themselves with glory on this one. Firstly its just an ironing board which comes with minimal packaging hence other reviews about damage. I immediately checked mine and it was fine. They harp on about it being smaller for ease of storage. Well yes, thats because it is smaller my previous board had an extension to put the iron on this one takes up ironing space. Boasts a silicone pad for your steam iron. Its only part of the cover which in turn means you need to pay £30 for a replacement cover when you need it. It doesn't unfold/fold very easily and I feel the release button is on the wrong side of the board if like me you are right handed. Worst bit is I had to buy a set of rubber feet as it skates all over the tiles in my kitchen which was not only a nuisance but a health and safety issue. Thankfully I did not pay the full price for what is merely a small ironing board with an expensive cover. Think twice on this one there are other ironing boards out there. UPDATE: Well I thought that perhaps I was a bit unfair with my initial comments so am updating after several uses of this Ironing Board. I am now at the stage of donating I to a charity shop but felt I could not put others into the stress I have undergone so it has gone to the tip! The slotted arm on the underside which sets the height level unclips every time you attempt to even turn the position and when closing the arm slots are not long enough to hold this board closed – it is the worst bit of kit I have purchased in years. I am sure that most of us don’t look forward to doing ironing but when you know you not only have a fight before you start, it danced around prior to purchasing rubber feet to keep it on a tiled floor, and then fighting again to keep it closed when attempting to store it away, I have seriously had enough. If I could give this a minus or zero rating I would. Joseph Josph I originally said this was not your finest hour – I am now very very upset at the huge cost you sell this Ironing Board – get your act in gear!

Very heavy but strong and sturdy

Best ironing board ever. Great size. Love how easy to put up and take down. Nice and light with a carry handle to move around and store away. Worth every penny in the sale! Too expensive at full price but I still wouldn’t regret it.

Ich musste mein altes Bügelbrett zum Wertstoffhof bringen. Es hat immer nur gekippelt, war zu niedrig für meine Körpergröße von 184 cm und das Gitter hat sich immer beim Bügeln in die Kleidung geprägt. Also brauchte ich ein Neues. Das neue Bügelbrett sollte aber ein paar Eigenschaften besitzen, die nur sehr schwer zu finden waren. Das neue Bügelbrett sollte leicht sein, es sollte sich sehr hoch einstellen lassen, damit ich nicht gebückt bügeln muss und, das war die schwierigste Eigenschaft, es sollte zusammengeklappt eine bestimmte (sehr kleine) Maximalgröße in der Höhe aufweisen, weil ich dieses bei mir in einem Schrank verstaue. Und ganz ehrlich gesagt ist es so, dass ich mit allen meinen Vorstellungen praktisch nichts gefunden habe. Es scheiterte am Ende immer an der Gesamthöhe (zusammengeklappt). Bis ich auf dieses hier gestoßen bin. Durch die spezielle - vermutlich fast einzigartige - Klapptechnik der Beine (alle nach unten und nicht über Kreuz nach unten und oben) wird aus dem Bügelbrett zusammengeklappt ein kleines "Brettchen". Wortwörtlich. Es ist erstaunlich, wie weit hoch sich das Brett einstellen lässt und wie klein es sich gleichzeitig machen kann. Ich glaube, das ist unerreicht unter allen Bügelbrettern. Zumindest, was ich so recherchiert habe. Meine größte Sorge war, dass das neue Bügelbrett kippelt, weil ich das in einigen Rezensionen hier gelesen habe. Aber zum Glück ist dies absolut nicht der Fall. Es steht absolut fest, sowohl auf Teppich als auch auf Fliesenboden, unabhängig davon, wie weit es ausgeklappt ist. Was auch genial ist, dass es zusammengeklappt sich nicht von allein öffnet. Es öffnet sich erst, wenn man den Hebel an der Seite betätigt. Das hat mich bei meinem alten Bügelbrett nämlich sehr genervt, weil dies immer von allein wieder aufklappte. Der Stoff ist super. Er hinterlässt beim Bügeln in der Wäsche (Hemden etc.) keine Abdrücke des Gitters darunter. Das heißt, der Stoff ist dick genug, dass es kein Wabenmuster in der Kleidung gibt. Und mein Dampfbügeleisen macht wirklich viel Dampf. Aber nass wird der Stoff auch nicht. Der Dampf kann ordentlich durch den Stoff hindurch und kommt somit quasi unten aus dem Bügelbrett wieder raus, wodurch der Stoff eben trocken bleibt. Die Abstellfläche selbst funktioniert auch prima. Da mein Bügeleisen die Dampfabgabe mittels Pumpe und Positionserkennung (aufrecht stehend Parkposition = kein Dampf oder normal auf der Bügelsohle stehend Arbeitsposition = Dampf) steuert, stelle ich das Bügeleisen, wenn ich es gerade nicht nutze, immer hinten auf die "Parkposition". Ich habe selbstverständlich getestet, ob man die heiße Bügelsohle auch auf die Abstellfläche des Bügelbretts stellen kann. Das geht problemlos. Es schmort nichts weg. Ggf. könnte diese Abstellfläche irgendwann nass werden. Dazu kann ich aber nichts sagen, weil, wie eben beschrieben, ich mein Bügeleisen immer hinten auf die Parkposition stelle. Das Bügelbrett ist auch sehr leicht. Der Griff zum Tragen und zum Aufhängen ist auch super. Der Haken für die Wand ist auch dabei, den ich allerdings nicht nutze, da ich, wie oben bereits erwähnt, das Bügelbrett im Kleiderschrank verstaue. Was eben geht, weil es zusammengeklappt so putzig klein ist. Die Optik ist auch sehr ansprechend. Schwarz mit den gelben Akzenten ist einfach hübsch in meinen Augen. Auch der Stoff sieht gut aus. Also wenn das Bügelbrett lange durchhält, was ich heute noch nicht beurteilen kann, dann war das mal wieder einer meiner besten Bestellungen bei Amazon seit Monaten oder gar Jahren. Ich frage mich, warum ich mein altes Bügelbrett nicht schon eher entsorgt habe. Das hier ist einfach Luxus pur. Sollte sich noch etwas ergeben (positives oder negatives), dann werde ich meine Rezension hier einem Update unterziehen.

Table à repasser chère certes mais la qualité est là ! Très stable, facile à plier et déplier, se range facilement grâce à son crochet. Très adéquate pour centrale vapeur. Le tissus absorbe bien l'eau de la vapeur. Petit plus le tissus de la planche "accroche" bien les vêtements, rien ne glisse cela facilite grandement le repassage !
