Works great. If you have soft hands buy gloves due to the friction from rubber handle but that is with all of this type of equipment. Easy to carry to the gym.

Works as advertised and comfortable. Loses a star because the carabineer is incredibly sharp, it's cutting the fabric strap, i used sandpaper and worked the edges of the opening. Otherwise an excellent product.

Excellent for strengthening your wrists and for working your forearm

Before buying this, my forearms were like pencils, now they are like old growth limbs on a mighty oak tree. But really, I got this to strengthen my wrists, forearms and elbow supporting muscles after a golf injury. It worked great for that along with other strength training exercises.

This Forearm Strengthener is perfect for what I needed it for because I have a number of kettlebells and fixed Dumbbells which would be ideal for this equipment because of the fixing method.
