There are 6 layers tulle plus one layer of soft lining, so the skirt is really fluffy

Whats the best way to get the layers to lay flat? Can it be steamed?

My daughter's is very full too. She has chosen to steam it. It is the best way to remove all the wrinkles. Or you can let it hang up for a few days and wrinkles fell out
