Good, helps with sleep

I have been taking magnesium for several years, but have recently learned that magnesium glycinate is more gentle on the stomach than other formulations. I have found Nutravita's wide range to be both excellent value and very effective, so was looking forward to sampling their newest addition and it didn't disappoint! You get an excellent amount for a low price, they are easy to swallow (although the capsules are relatively large, they are easier than tablets to swallow) and applicable to a wide range of ailments, as well as maintaining general health. The fact they are gentle on the stomach is a bonus! Furthermore, Nutravita's customer service are second to none and very gracious and helpful. I look forward to purchasing more supplements from this brand.

I’ve been using them most nights for the last 2-3 months and have noticed a difference in my sleep. I have ADHD (awaiting treatment) and my brain can race at night. These have enabled me to calm my nervous system down. I’m able to sleep all through the night most of the time. It’s become part of my bedtime wind down routine - half hour before bed 2 of these with water and no stimulating Tiktok or TV shows. A Wake Up alarm with ‘sunset feature’ helps too! Now I feel refreshed when I wake up. Great value for money for the support it gives me.

Have you used them for over a month? I haven’t seen much of an improvement but I haven’t seen not an improvement. I might be more to each person so just make sure you know what you’re taking.

I trust this brand for few years. Essentials range doesn't mean lower quality, it's the same but without bottle.
