I absolutely love this chair. It was packaged great. Came with everything you need to put it together. Because it was all white they even gave me a pair of gloves to use while putting it together so you don't get it dirty. I would highly recommend this chair. Very comfortable, great back and head support and even has a foot rest that really is nice when you recline the chair. The seat cushion is wonderful quality firm but just enough give to make your tush comfy. This chair was an incredible value so glad I made this purchase.

I love this chair. Some people said it’s uncomfortable but I don’t see why it’s like an average level of comfort. It’s a firm cushion. Which I like cuz that means over time my seat won’t get flattened or anything. It’s a good height to I’m 5,2 and it comes like a little over my chest. I’m small so the seat is big for me so I can cross my legs in it. I didn’t know the seat reclined back which is a huge plus. I feel like tho if you’re tall maybe this isn’t the chair for you. Like I’m talking maybe 5’11 and up cuz theirs a lower cushion for your feet to rest on and I can lay comfortably in this chair but people with longer legs might find the lower part pointless. But I don’t think it makes the chair a done deal. Also this is just my opinion I could be wrong. Other than that it was super easy to build. I also could see the head rest being uncomfortable at times but you can take it off/not install it.

Super easy to put together, clear instructions and took me about 25 minutes. Seems pretty sturdy and it is very comfy and rolls around on hardwood easily and quietly. I’d say the sale price is worth it, but I wouldn’t spend much more than that. Back support seems decent. Bought for my home office and I think it was a good purchase.

This is a lovely chair and I enjoy its look. It's the perfect size for me, being a 5ft 2 woman. So very comfortable as well. I built this chair on my own; it was simple to do.

I was really excited to get this chair, but I'm glad that I waited for it to be on sale. Other reviews are on point as far as thr scratchiness of the fabric. As this is a work chair, I usually wear pants when sitting in it and try to avoid letting my skin touch the head rest. I can mostly handle the arm rests. But I wore a short dress today and I hate the way the fabric feels on my legs. It's awful! I'm definitely going to cover it, which totally defeats the purpose of having a bright purple chair!The headrest doesn't lock into place, so it's nearly impossible to use it without it slipping down under gentle ppressure. Super annoying.The foot rest is a cool feature and one of the main reasons I purchased the chair. The mechanism of it folding under the chair works nicely. However, extending the foot rest for use and then putting your legs up actually makes the chair tilt forward slightly unless the chair back is somewhat reclined. This is ok when sitting cross-legged, but is uncomfortable when sitting up straight with legs extended.I have already thrown away the base cover because, as others have noted, the clips broke off easily when removing it. It's basically trash and could be designed better or omitted entirely.Probably keeping the chair, even though it falls a little short. Really glad I didn't pay full price. Gonna put a soft blanket over it to prevent irritation from the scratchy material.**updated to add**The material in the headrest pulls my hair, so I will be covering it like I did with the seat cushion to keep the material from irritating the skin on my legs.Every little movement loosens the screws in the wheel wings and in the arm supports, so I'm always retightening those. Super annoying.
