The thick fabric has structure, so it holds its shape, even when open. The zips are really sturdy, with substantial tags, so they're easy to access and open. Plenty of pockets and sections to separate your stuff, with a really handy hole for headphones or a charging cable in the back and a small zipped pocket beneath it inside the bag, so you can have headphones plugged into a phone or MP3 player that can sit securely in the pocket, rather than knocking around with the rest of your stuff. There are 6 separate sections with closures (5 of them zipped, one at the front closed with a magnetic stud) - one of the zipped sections is on the very back of the bag, so it's perfect to securely store your most valuable items and is sized perfectly for stashing a passport. Though small, there's loads of room for everything I need regular access to. I can't fault this bag, and I'm already taking it everywhere.
