Good for practice but nothing close to the real thing.
I’ve worked on Manikins before and during my training for NICU and this one is just as great as the ones I tried before. But this doesn’t come close to the real thing. It’s good, it has its benefits is creating an environment and coordination, don’t forget to add laundry detergent in the back of the throat of the manikin to side with advancing a scope and tube, if you don’t, the silicon is gonna make it really difficult but it becomes a pretty interesting challenge if you can get it in. The obstacles help with hand strength and the possibly of not being able to get it on your first try. Anyways, it’s great and I’m glad I got it.

Realistic Training Aid for Developing Critical Airway Skills
Training equipment can make a significant difference when learning complex medical procedures, and this airway management trainer provides a valuable hands-on platform for practicing neonatal and pediatric airway techniques. The anatomical structure feels thoughtfully designed, allowing students and instructors to practice intubation and airway management procedures in a controlled environment. Visual landmarks are realistic enough to help reinforce proper technique and procedural confidence. The durability also stood out. Repeated practice sessions can be demanding on training equipment, and this model appears capable of handling regular educational use without excessive wear. For EMS programs, nursing education, respiratory therapy training, and clinical simulation environments, this trainer provides meaningful practical experience beyond textbook learning. Pros • Realistic airway anatomy representation • Useful for repeated skills practice • Durable training construction • Supports hands-on learning • Valuable for EMS and medical education • Helps build procedural confidence Cons • Premium training equipment pricing • Requires proper instruction for maximum benefit • Storage space needed between sessions • Not a replacement for clinical experience Overall A high-quality airway management trainer that offers valuable practical experience for healthcare education and skills development.

Not Realistic At All!
No epiglottis, there is just a long tongue with a hole in it for your ET tube. Not a high fidelity mannequin. Do not buy if you wish to use for training. I bought this to donate to my EMS training section. Gonna see if I can return it!

Great quality and anatomically correct!
I ordered 2 from a different brand first. They looked nice but do to the Qaulity did not make it through the first class! I replaced them with this brand and Wala! They are more life like anatomically and visually! This class was amazing with experienced intubators and well made manikins!

A Practice Tool for Skills You Want Dialed In Before It Counts
Neonatal intubation is one of those procedures where there is very little margin for error, and getting repetitions on a realistic trainer before working on a patient matters a lot. This manikin is set up for airway management and intubation practice on a neonatal-scale model, which covers a skill set that does not always get dedicated simulator time in smaller programs. The build is focused on the airway anatomy relevant to the training task, without extra features that would just add cost. Whether you are a student, an EMS provider adding neonatal skills, or running a training program that needs dedicated equipment without a large budget, this covers the core use case. Results will depend on how well it holds up to repeated use and how closely the anatomy tracks real intubation feel, which is something you will get a better read on over time. A useful addition to a training kit for anyone who needs those reps in before it counts.

Very realistic. Easy to clean and transport.
The airway trainer comes with a hard plastic cover that makes for easy transport and protects from damage. The package contains extra balloons and zip ties to simulate the lungs and stomach. It is a very realistic model. There are nasal openings, as well, so you can practice intubation both ways. There is a pink pad under the head that gives you the ability to tilt the head back for a better airway. You can visualize landmarks such as the uvula and the back of the throat. It is easy to wipe clean. Its compact size makes it easy to carry in a backpack or duffle bag. A great training tool.
