Works as expected. The only issue I had so far was that the laptop was delivered without an audio device making it unable to play any music or sounds for that matter. The customer service took care of it remotely and it is now working well. I love the touch screen and low weight of this Dell compared to my old one. The battery life is also much better.

I gave this five stars for the price. I bought it refurbished and it is a very good notebook for under $400. It would be nice if it had at least one more USB 3 connector but it has two C connectors and it is easy to add additional ones with lots of docking stations available for as low as $25 that use C connections. Everything worked. I have had no problems after two weeks of use.

It arrived well packaged and undamaged, both box and computer. It was beautiful. But, it was flawed. It would not boot. I thought that maybe it was because of the cheap 65W USB-C ac adapter that sent along with it. I tried my genuine Dell USB-C ac adapter but it still would not boot. It looks like they didn't fully vet this laptop before it was sent out and sent out a defective laptop. I've started buying two different refurbished laptops when I need one now so I have at least one working laptop. Thankfully, my luck on these refurbs hasn't had a 50% failure rate but you might want to buy two of them if you're really going to depend on them working.

Condition good, appearance good and value perfect

This restored laptop arrived in like new condition. What a great value compared to new! The raised, soft keys make typing easier than typical laptops. I also like the convenience of the touchscreen, which is a bonus for what I paid. Fast, good screen, plenty of memory, and runs Windows 11. Also enough horsepower to play my online video games. I would recommend.

This is the second Dell Latitude 7420 I’ve purchased, and I’ve recommended it to several friends as well. It’s lightweight, durable, and has a sleek, professional design that works great for both everyday use and travel. The performance is consistently reliable—fast startup, smooth multitasking, and no lag even with multiple applications running. The 14" screen is bright and sharp, and the anti-glare finish makes it easy on the eyes during long work sessions. I also appreciate the backlit keyboard and fingerprint reader, which make it easy to log in quickly. Battery life is solid, and it charges fast through USB-C. The laptop also has a great mix of ports—Thunderbolt 4, USB-A, HDMI, and a microSD slot—so I’m never short on connectivity options. Easy to set up, very well-built, and dependable—I’ll continue to stick with this model and brand for my everyday computing needs.

Be cautious...the picture is wrong and the laptop does not have Latitude 7420 on the bottom(you will need to boot into the bios to get the service tag (serial#)). I am always amazed how this happens. It also does not have the smart card reader as pictured, which was a selling point for me. It would be nice is this sort of thing was photographed as the actual item since it is refurbished. The only sticker or label on the bottom is a windows authorized refurbish hologram. The bios says its the right laptop, I just don't get the features I was expecting. Guess I need to read the fine print and read more reviews. Also, the touchscreen does not fold flat like other 7420 touchscreen 2-in-1. It does have the other specs listed in the product name like CPU, RAM, SSD.
