In my opinion yes, they do have arch support which I would classify as moderate compared to insoles with stiffer/higher arch support. They are not flat.

Fell apart in 2 weeks (UPDATE)

These insoles seemed to be a solid choice at first, but almost immediately the hard plastic portion that provides the arch support started to crack and break apart. It looks like others are having the same issues - perhaps the manufacturer switched to a different material recently.UPDATE: The company reached out to me and refunded my purchase, which was a very stand-up move by them. If they can improve the quality of the support's plastic, I'd recommend them based on their customer service alone.
