How do you know when to replace the filter?

Long big filter is replaced every 12 months if you follow the guideline. It will turn red on the screen so you can't miss replacing. Same with small PH filter, but this one will need replacing every 90 days. I think you could push it a bit longer but not sure as only have this unit for a week. Overall is super simple and good quality!
