I was born and raised in America and I can say for sure that the majority of our television programming SUCKS! it's mostly poorly written, made, directed, acted, etc...I'm 38 and love this show! like most british tv. it's rare that they make rubbish. Probably around 30% of what america makes is a remake of a british show and to date (9/10/10), the only show the brits have ever remade of ours is law and order. what does that tell you..? that says to me that they are much more clever and funny than we are. americans are way to sensitive about their FICTION! one of my biggest wishes is for someone to make available satelite tv in this country where we can pick up all or most of british tv channels. i would be in 7th heaven!!!!!!!! Review: Amazing - Amazing TV series, well worth the money. A lot of violence and sex scenes, though, and only really suitable for 16+. Good story lines and shows a lot of realistic situations for a lot of teenagers, with a lot of realistic solutions. Some bits are really funny and other bits make you just want to cry and hug the characters! I think Skins is unexplainable unless you've watched it. Good buy though. :)

Great Show!!!
I watch about 80% british television. Amazing
Amazing TV series, well worth the money. A lot of violence and sex scenes, though, and only really suitable for 16+. I had problems when this boxset arrived as it had one of the dvds missing, i emailed indigo starfish and they had a new one with me in 3 days, and refunded the return price! i love these dvds

Brilliant!
Skins is the best drama on tv. It shows the crazy life of a group of teenagers from bristol, it does so by using humour and drama all in the right places. Although I do prefer the first and second series to the third (due to the cast) this fantastic show derserves all the credit it gets! You MUST get this!

I ordered this item and those of you who are looking at buying this series is because you have seen it... All three series at this price is excellent! The item was deffective, two of the episodes were not working, but Amazon UK exchanged the item right away. Amazon is a great seller!

Bought for my granddaughter so not seen by me. She's delighted with it. Two defective discs first time but replaced within 48 hrs!

This is a great series I stumbled upon this from on image site what had Effy half naked I then decided to Google it and watch all episodes. Love it. Skins - Series 1-3 - Complete [DVD] [2007 ]

Top serie in einer Top Box
Da mein Vorgänger die Serie schon sehr gut auf den Punkt gebracht hat erläutere ich jetzt nur die Box: Die Box macht von außen einen sehr guten Ausdruck und die Staffeln sind alle extra nocheinmal so verpackt wie man sie einzeln kaufen kann deshalb empfehle ich jedem kauft euch diese DVD Box anstatt jede Staffeln einzeln da es Genau dasselbe ist und dazu noch deutlich günstiger. Zur DVD selbst ich persönlich finde die deutsche Synchronisation sehr gelungen und die Tonqualität entspricht gutem DVD Standard auch beim Bild war ich sehr begeistert Serienfans die DVDs von Warner Bros. Besitzen kennen mein Problem das das Bild echt sehr schlecht ist aber das ist hier NICHT der Fall.und auch sehr viel Bonusmaterial ist bei allen Staffeln enthalten. +gute Synchronisation und gute Bildqualität + extrem Preiswert (im Vergleich zu den Einzel Staffeln) + sehr viel Bonusmaterial Kritikpunkte an der DVD habe ich keine ich hoffe die Rezession hilft euch bei der Kaufentscheidung weiter

saison 1: coup de coeur
acheté sur la réputation de la série, aucun regret. Une préférence pour la saison 1, ms la suite tient le coup. Skins: on aime ou on aime pas! moi j'adore.hyper trash, de la bonne musique. Série à l'origine des skins party dont on parle tant.

Ganz ehrlich, ich LIEBE diese Serie. Ich bin völlig fasziniert von den Hauptpersonen. Klar, manche find ich auch absolut nervend. Aber im großen und ganzen kann ich es empfehlen. Ist allerdings nichts für Menschen die mit Rauchen oder Saufen aufhören wollen, die Serie triggert total!!
