Not the best
The measurements showing in the diagram are different to the actual measurements. Which means it doesn’t fit where I’d planned for it to go. It also leaks a lot of water from the front. The light inside doesn’t come on at all. The label which goes over the switches keeps falling off. If I wasn’t desperately in need of this for my business I would send it back. Very disappointed

Sticker keep come off UV lights stop working!
Unfortunately, the item is faulty. The UV light has stopped working, and the label covering the switches keeps falling off. This makes the product unreliable and not suitable for professional use.

Still heating the towels, but UV light is gone after few days of casual work.

Incorrect fuse fitted for cable rating
Came with a 13A fuse in plug but cable only 0.75mm2 so 6A max. Should have smaller fuse fitted.

Not working
The delivery was fast but this towel heater not heating. When i plug in thats was start working but then after 1 hour that stop heating at all. ☹️☹️😭

Gets and stays hot
Gets veey hot which i love. Light comes on and off which is slightly annoying but whatever. Can fit sooooo many towels. Used for facials and body treatments

Ok. Wouldn’t repurchase
Warms good. Steam/condensation often drips when opening door to get towels. Exterior labels falling off won’t stick.

Vraiment déçu chauffe ultra trop et en plus après avoir utilisé environs 6 mois avec utilisation a 4 jours semaine il est déjà sauté. Je déconseille a tous

Great little warmer
This is great for my massage treatment room! You wet some towels and wring them out, place them in the warmer. I also place my hot stones in here The temp is perfect for using warm towels right on the skin and the stones over the regular blankets Easy to clean and use, looks great! I am super happy with this product

Disappointing
Worked great for a month or two then the power light stopped working, after a few weeks the on light would be on when it was shut off. Now the power button doesn’t work and it is stuck to on.
