Good product.. great customer service
Have been using it for more than couple is months now.. Or works nicely. It took a little bit of effort to get used to fingerprint recognition but now it works quite well. Also customer service helped to fix issues around aging multiple phones competently! Overall recommended product.

Good device
Customer support team were polite but they are busy or some times their server down. But finally my WiFi setup was done after 2 year. Glad. Thank you team. If you are providing video help file setup process, then it will be really helpful. It is a simple process but no any help file accessible in net or any video file in YouTube for WiFi setup process. Device working good without any issue for the last 2 years.

Not good quality and support
Door lock within 2 years not working it is main door lock and we expect long lasting. Another thing is not proper support from company they explain over call only. I feel for any smart lock company should provide installation. Not happy with company. Currently handle is not working
