Exactly what I was looking for! Sturdy basket with a nice cover and the blades are nice and sharp, easy to use on the dough. Helps the bread to keep shape nicely. The scraper is also very useful and well made! 100% recommend!

Love this product. I got the perfect prove with a beautiful pattern from the basket. Needs to be flour well but fell out into my cast iron pot with ease. The end result was professional. Looking forward to trying out the tools too

The basket, linen liner and dough scraper are great, but the cutting blade unfortunately is a bit naff. The blades that come with it are pretty flimsy- but do work on their own. When you put the bladed into or onto the handle, it bows the blade and makes it quite hard to score your dough. Just my opinion, but overall a good set to start off with.

Actually surprisingly good value and works well, I bought some extra covers at the same time, and they’ve worked flawlessly, which is more than my whole meal sourdough. the plastic scraper/spatula is a useful addition but the razor blade like scorer, I haven’t used yet, as use scissors or a sharp knife before popping in the oven.

I have bought and kept bannetons from this brand. Overall, the brand is mine of choice. There is room for improvement however for shape, quality, and item description. I first bought the Bread Boss brand of baskets, the rattan was superior to this brand and size was accurate - but the liners were awful (loose threading, thin fabric, holes) and I need a liner so it was a no go. I wish this brand would show the measurements in a photo and add the size in the description as well as how much dough each basket is meant for use (knowing it needs room to rise). Even a chart listing the sizes and dough weights would be nice. This Round 9" IS accurate - other products of theirs are not. It is 9" across and 3.5 inches deep. The 10" Oval IS NOT 10" - it is smaller. Very disappointed as I wanted the 10in oval. Worried it will be too small but it has a nice fat oval shape. We will see if there is enough room to proof the dough. The 10" Round IS 10". This 10" round is 3.5" deep just like the 9" round they sell. This means your loaf will be bigger around, but not proportionally deeper - making a squaty loaf. That maybe what you are going for? I like mine to be tall loaves. I am returning this one. Hoping if I get the 11" round it will be deeper... but somehow I doubt it. We will see.

I have wanted to bake homemade bread for quite a few years and I’m so excited to have found a brand that carried the essentials to bake homemade sourdough. I plan to purchase the rest of the set but this is a great start! For me and my health sour dough bread is the best option to maintain a good gut balance but buying bread at the store can sometimes come with mislabeling. This kit included the cloth liner, cloth liner, bread lame with additional blades and the all-natural basket. I love how simple and straightforward everything is to use and include in the bread making process because baking bread on its own is a SCIENCE ‼️ No need to add difficulty to that process.
