I love it. I have trouble swallowing pills and this is the best powder I have been able to find. Usually the powders only have Magnesium or Calcium/Magnesium but this also has Zinc, which is very important to me..

Minerals ok, I hated the presence and amount of sugar in it. It gave me acne spot.

Not sure yet- have not taken it long enough to see results.
