Are these good to go for 532nm green lasers? It looks like it is but I’m not well versed in lasers.

Yes they are. I only have a 5mw green laser pointer but with these on you practically can't see the diffuse (dot) unless you are right next to it and even then, just barely. I have a 1.5W blue laser 445nm that I bought these for and it blocks out so much light at that wavelength that a blinding diffuse (dot) is reduced to a faint yellow diffuse that I can work with at close range. These are OD5 rated between 190 to 540nm which means the light hitting your eyes in this range is reduced by 100000+ times. These are rated for lasers up to 100 Watts in the range of wavelengths they cover. These are no good for reds. They don't block any red light at all, I tested it out of curiosity. You should be perfectly safe with these at 532nm. Just dont shine a high power beam directly into your eyes, even with these on, it's just too dangerous. These are awesome glasses though for their intended purpose, you can't go wrong with these. They also have lenses on the sides to protect your peripheral vision as well.

are these good for hobby stuff?

The goggle has the CE certification and for professional application well.So it's no problem for hobby stuff.

can these prevent up to 1000 millawatts

I use mine with my 2800mw blue laser with no issues.
