My favorite supplement, if we're being honest. This has the best flavour of any salt i have ever used (I've had them all at this point), and works really well in smoothies/shakes if you like to drink/chomp your fruits and veggies. Personally I cook with it literally daily in my house. I also use it for quick pickles of all variety (cakes and squash and carrots and onion and whatever else I have to drench in salt and ACV and hot water) There was a list of all of the minerals for this one somewhere but I can't find it anymore -- share if you have a link please! A thing a bunch of people I know weren't aware of: your body will not hydrate with water if you do not give it salt. So unless you have a medical issue with salt/potassium -- you should try a pinch in your water bottle! It makes a big difference for me, I am way more hydrated! 10/10

The fine grind salt is wonderful. I originally had purchased the original course grind but it was two course for my salads and steaks celery refunded me on the course grind because I ordered it by mistake and now I am able to order the fine grind. My sister originally ordered it because her son started having more energy by using it for his multiple sclerosis so I am now able to order the fine grind and by the way, the taste is wonderful of the salt. I fully recommend it, but I do recommend the fine grind so make sure when you order that you order the fine grind if you like to salt foods without having too much salt on your item this is much better even than Himalayan salt. In my opinion the taste is amazing. Just put a little bit on your tongue and it taste great so I have changed from Himalayan salt to this salt. I fully recommend a seller. Also they truly care about how the customer feels about the item. I’m thankful and glad I can purchase the one that I truly like, which is the fine grind in this namebrand buy it you won’t be sorry.

I enjoy the flavor of this salt and I don't experience swelling in my extremities when I use it. I appreciate that the company publishes the testing to show that it's free of plastic and other impurities. However, I do not like that the package design is the same for each type of coarseness. I made the mistake of purchasing "natural grain" (larger pieces) instead of the "fine grind" because of the package similarity. Amazon will not allow returns on this item so I'm going to need to grind it to finer pieces before using it, as I prefer the fine grind for cooking and baking. I'd appreciate the packaging to distinguish better between the two.

Great salt, comes from the gulf of Baja so far far less plastics. Lower in sodium than others while having the other minerals needed for human health. Pricey but to me worth it. Been doing a dash in my drinking water, not even enough to taste it, just enough to help with electrolytes. 100% recommend. Side note, taste wise it starts sweet then slides into a sea salt flavor.
