This was a gift for my wife's birthday. She loved it when it was opened as the box itself is beautiful and the added bonus when it was revealed to be a music box was the icing on the cake. It's pretty small and finely crafted and fits well on her shelf with all the other LOTR books and merchandise. The music itself is just a short piece of the "Fellowship" theme but is a lovely burst of joy.

I bought this for a friend as a gift, and he absolutely loved it - The chime is well made, with possibly one single note being slightly off, but we can live with that!

Very good quality, got it to show my toddler how the mechanism works. And the tune is recognisable (I got twinkle twinkle little star). I'd definitely recommend. It reminds me of my childhood, definitely better than any battery powered /plastic toys.
