quality, healthy and tasty
Its quality that's for sure and dissolves very easily. I feel much healthier switching to this type of treat, than dark chocolate (70% - 90% cocoa solids bars which is not as healthy as this. I like to grate it in my yogurt which tastes really nice without feeling guilty.

This cacao has a masculine taste and energy to it, but it’s not over powering… rather uplifting and smooth mind/body connection. I use it for pre-workout, or before a ceremony when I’m already feeling grounded and relaxed to bring my awareness into a deeper layer, or just instead of coffee! I love it 😍 (blended well with portable hand mixer)
