incomplete order
I received only one package containing 4 (four) straws, although there should be 12 (twelve)! This number is written in the order and on the packaging. Very disappointed.

Pellets of sugar
Not sure what I was expecting. It's crystals of plain sugar coated in a little bit of flavored icing (think Nerds candy, but cookies &cream flavored).
