I've been using this tea for 5–6 days continuously, and the results have been great so far. I used to feel bloated, but after having this, I feel much more relaxed from gastric issues and constipation. It also helps control sweet cravings and supports gut health effectively. While it may take some more time to see results for belly fat, I can already feel a positive difference. Definitely worth trying!
