I am strictly using this laptop for work purposes. It runs fine with all the basic Windows features, slideshows, documents, videos, etc. This laptop is probably not useful for a PC gamer other than a few basic games, but that is not the intention.

My last Acer is still running after 8 years. I thought it was time for an upgrade, so I bought another Acer. I am very happy with this laptop! It's thinner than my last Acer, which is ver nice. It came with stock with everything I'm used to. I plan on having this computer for a long time. And it was such a deal (I bought a used one for $189.00 and it looks brand new).

A little slow, but overall a good functioning laptop. Great picture.

Have used it a lot and like it Good price and well made

The loading time & refresh rate are horrendous. I cannot even factory reset this laptop to return it so returning with my information. Once you attempt to login it just turns black (recorded this video 15 minutes ago and still black screen). NOT worth being a basic work laptop as you will be late to work attemping to sign and clock in.

I really liked the last ACER I bought. But this one is incredibly slow and unmanageable. I hoped it would get better as I used it but it just didn't. I should have sent it back when I had the chance... but as we all know, it takes a month just to re-set all of the settings and apps you use. So, by the time I realized my mistake, I was stuck. I can't even watch live video the processor is so bad. Not as advertised.

I purchased this computer in 2024. Since I purchased it there had been nothing but problems. No sound, it runs slow, and continues to show black screen. If I was able to get my money back I would. I have pictures. Don't buy this product. I'm very upset. I brought it so my wife could complete school work. It's been a disaster.
