This helped tremendously. Yes I took it along a Xanax but I have taken Xanax before to fly and it hasn’t helped as much as this combination. I was not stressed and even in 9 hour flight I was able to think clearly and not have a 170 heartbeat which is what I have every time I fly . I highly recommend it

A welcome surprise
I really liked these! Used them for an overseas flight. As other people have mentioned, they are absolutely not for helping you sleep but rather to just feel calmer in stressful situations. Three of us used them and all of us noticed a gentle calming effect without feeling drugged or out of it. The effects were subtle so I'm not sure how it would be if you were a really nervous flyer, but they worked well for us and I will definitely purchase again, for flying or any other stressful situation. The patches were very discreet.

Good product. It works
It works wonders. I put this patch on early in the morning. I am remain calm and relax for the whole day till the patches felt off in the evening. It really works. The only complaint I have is the price. It is very expensive.

Work well for first time flying! ✈️✈️
Made me feel calm and I tested this before my flight at home before my first time flying and it helped me relax and sleep. Not strong but just enough to help calm the nerves definitely take something for anti-nausea if you can’t handle turbulence great product 👍✈️✈️
